Original green blindstamped cloth on flexible card. Part I only. Binding of foldout plates at rear is loosening, and Plate C of the original six is missing. In 21 parts on 132 pp. plus plates. Recto and verso covers are identical except for pastedown title plate, and wraparound spine belies the theory that this particular volume was ever bound with others.
