1st edition. Book size - 7.5 x 5 inches, pp. (4) + 291 + 2 (publisher's ad.), hardback in dustjacket. Book condition - Very Good ; contents clean, no inscriptions, no foxing, inner higes intact and binding firm ; publisher's blue cloth with gilt title on the spine ; corners lightly rubbed but not bent, boards' edges good, back clean, spine complete with ends just a little creased and rubbed, spine colour slightly faded but the gilt title remains complete and clear , front clean . Dustjacket - Good plus ; corners shows some wear and rubbing, back quite dusty with a few marks and general darkening around the edges, back hinge intact with some wear and slight loss at the ends, spine complete with ends rubbed and nicked, spine with some marks but the title etc. is very distinct, front hinge intact and again with some wear and splits at the ends, front dusty though less than the back with some creasing and nicks of the top and bottom edges and with a small piece of loss near the top corner ; the area of wear/splits/loss have been repaired internally with archival paper tape ; not price-clipped ('10/6 net') ; dj. now in clear, removable cover.
