This copy is in green decorated cloth; the book is also found in red and yellow cloth with no priority of printing established. Neat bookplate on front inside cover else clean and unmarked. Priority shipping is $10.50 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $5.50 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
