In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart, with just a few light marks to the boards and spine. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A few light spots to the fore edge. Front hinge is starting but firm. Prior owner's ink inscriptions to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound.
