Poetry Foundation, "Lizette Woodworth Reese". Reese was the Poet Laureate of Maryland in 1931, and is said to have influenced Edna St. Vincent Millay. She published her first collection of poems in 1887. Her style is a beautiful mix of simple imagery with a sophisticated, beautiful arrangement of language. Jacket has a few traces of edge wear.
