Illustrated by an important figure during the Golden Age of illustration. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of spine as well as to the extremities. Front hinge is slightly strained but firm after tissue guard to frontispiece. Tissue guard is torn. Tape repair to the front hinge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright. Scattered spots to the fore-edge and to the endpapers. Otherwise, just the odd spot. Very Good Indeed.
