Hardcover. Zustand: Near Fine. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (£5.95). Jacket has minor patchy edge/shelf wear, severe fading to red lettering (of author's name) to spine, the odd very small mark, odd minor crease/rub to edges, minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine and to corners, a little patchy browning and one small mark to reverse (white side) where colour from boards has run a little (this does not show through when on book). Boards are near fine with light crease to spine (book has been read), a hint of pushing to corners, the odd minor scratch, minor fading to spine, the odd minor bump/rub to edges and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Very minor spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Pages are slightly tanned. Very occasional small mark to pages. No other faults. A nice copy.
