Two volumes bound in dark brown cloth with gilt decorations, [i]-xi, .errata, 1-277, 2 pp ads; [i] - vi, 1-272, illustrated with wood block prints. Both volumes cocked and with a little bubbling to the covers, front board of volume 2 cracked at gutter but still holding, Gilt illustrations on both covers quite bright. Interiors quite bright and clean. Original owner dated both volumes "Xmas 1870" on front flyleaf and again in light pencil on hte half title of volume 2. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 002951
