This pirated edition precedes the first trade edition by one year. Printed by the White Press, Amsterdam, allegedly on "Amsterdam Avenue" a stretch of 10th ave in New York. It is one of two complete copies of the book published before the trade edition. Book is very near fine showing only hints of shelving. Wraps are fragile so the condition is near miraculous. Text is ornamented with typographical embellishments. Dylan has long been known for his music but secured his legacy when he won the Nobel Prize for literature. Large quarto measuring 8"x11.5", 79 pages, with a black ink portrait of Dylan on beige pulp wraps. Satisfaction guaranteed. Photos always available on request. Shipped in a fitted, padded box.
