There is a seam split to the edge of the spine and light wear to both it's ends, minor spotting and soiling to the covers, with one of the ties loose , with a bit of corner wear; one of the 51 plates has some edge damage, otherwise this rare Art Deco portfolio of designs for gardens and terraces is in very nice condition. Josef Frank, Le Corbusier et P. Jeanneret, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ernst May, André Lurcat, Tony Garnier, Mies van der Rohe, Robert Mallet-Stevens are among the architects represented.
