Oblong 8vo. (23 cm.) unpaged [96p.] Only full-page black and white captioned photogravures , including one devoted to the officers of the Mortgage Banking Company. No Narrative. Date printed on the back is impossible to decipher: 1903? There is one photogravure of Pittsburgh which has the date 1902 printed on it. Stiff blue card covers with white letters on the front and back panels and a vignette in black of the Pittsburgh cityscape in silhouette and bound with a white cord. Printed in white on the front panel are the words "Compliments Cf Mortgage Banking Company". On the rear panel are the printed words, "copyright holder was J.C. Bragdon " [who was a Pittsburgh photoengraver]. Covers very slightly faded, quarter inch tear to leading edge of first page without any loss, all photos in fine condition, cord present and starting to fray, else very good to near fine with no internal markings--in extraordinarily good condition given its age and fragility. Among the images are the following: Entrance to Coal Mine, Coal Tipple, Lily Pond Schenley, Christ M.E. Church, Western University, Lock No. 2, Interior Mortgage Banking Company, Residence of Attorney-General P.C.
