This set is assumed to be the First American edition from 1812. A two volume set, attractively rebound in fine contemporary binding of half supple soft leather over marbled boards. With replaced endpapers. The text of 294 and 270 pages shows some browning, and minor chipping to the first few pages in each volume. One of the pages P. 95 is half missing.
