Original pictorial wrappers. Light cover wear, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, solid binding, no foxing, light rubbing spine corners, generally nice condition. Very uncommon ski periodical. Schwartz notes in his bibliography of skiing literature that only two issues were produced. Production stopped due to WWII and it was never resumed. Lots of content on early downhill skiing in the Sierra Nevada when resorts and lifts were still in the planning stages.
