105 + 2 pages. Hardback binding in good condition, minor wear/dirt. Contents very good, clean & tight, no inscriptions, just a couple of very small edge dots/stains. This is the Limited Edition no.580 of 1200 copies. Printed at Liege by the Imprimerie Vaillant-Carmanne, MCMXXVIII. Title page in red and black. Has 5 black and white plated by Cecil Beaton, infact the first book to be illustrated by the young, and then unknown, Cecil Beaton . Pierre Louys (1870-1925) born Ghent, poet and writer who specialised in classical, erotic and lesbian themes. This is printed on unbleached hand made paper, and some pages are rough cut and not uniform size. Size: 16 x 24.5cm Approx. Bestandsnummer des Verk�ufers 002117
