Beschreibung
London, London Transport, 1950. 76 x 51 cm. Poster printed in red, yellow and black. Text in yellow frame below a picturesque image of a museum. Coiled. Some creases, but in very good condition. Designed by Hans Unger (1915-1975), who studied graphic art with Jupp Wiertz in Berlin, but fled Germany for South Africa. After wanderings, he went to work as an artist in London in 1948.
