C. 1744 map of Austria and Northern Italy. Printed by Matthäus Seutter in Germany. 8.5 x 11 . In good condition, with minor wear around the edges. Small pencil inscriptions on top right and bottom left corners. Map is predominately black-and-white, with borders highlighted in various colors. Includes an illustration on the top left corner. Please see photos. One of the many works of Matthäus Seutter (1678-1757) an extremely successful cartographer who was declared Imperial Geographer by Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI in 1732.
