Four maps on one sheet. Anglesey top left; Wight top right; Guernsey bottom left and Jersey bottom right. Each map comes with a title cartouche and scale stick. On the map of Wight a compass on the scale stick. Back side French text. Sheet evenly slightly browned; a spot here and there; wide margins; a tear in the center fold repaired on verso. Copper engraving with great old colour, published in Amsterdam in 1619 by Jodocus Hondius in "Gerardi Mercatoris Atlas Sive Cosmographicae Meditationes De Fabrica Mundi Et Fabricati Figura (.)."
