Seven puzzles (270 x 350 mm. each) in 1 box (304 x 375 mm.): chromolithographically printed on paper, pasted on cardboard; housed in modern blue-grey cardboard box reusing remnants of original box lid containing title (lacking portion of lower right-hand corner). VERY RARE AND COMPLETE SET OF FRENCH BELLE EPOCH GEOGRAPHY PUZZLE OF THE WORLD AND SIX CONTINENTS. Puzzles include: the world ("La terre (planisphère)"), North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. The firm of Mauclair-Dacier, located on 5 rue Haudriette in Paris (with a factory on 148 avenue Daumesnil), specialized in manufacturing and selling toys and games.
