In canopy with garlands on either side at the top right is a cartouche with dedication, topped by two putti with three coats of arms surrounded by garlands. Bottom left a cartouche containing a legend. Latin text on the back. Hand-coloured copper engraving, published in Amsterdam in 1649 by Joan Blaeu in "Novum Ac Magnum Theatrum Urbium Belgicae Liberae Ac Foederatae."
