George A. Ogle was a map and atlas publisher operating in Chicago until 1907, the year of his death. He produced visually appealing maps of Lake County, IL and its components. His maps from this atlas are very seldom seen on the market. The color was printed at the time of publication. Lea Township is home to Lake Zurich. The Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway goes through Lake Zurich. There is a significant amount of agricultural information in the attributions of farmland to individuals. this is a great historical artifact for the related genealogists.
