On the verso is an official, hand written declaration by Charles Mather, Clerk of the Circuit Court, verifying the document and placing it in Book Q, Page 434. Signed by Frank E. S., Deputy Clerk. Embossed with circular seal of Circuit Court of Duval County, FL. *** Printed on a heavy, fibrous paper. One vertical and one horizontal fold with a hole along one fold (no loss). Some spotting, soil, and stains. Upper right corner has chipped off, no loss. The paper is still in sound condition. *** Approx. 10.25 inches high by 13.5 inches. …
