State: Second state of 2 Ref: Giacomelli 148. A painter showing his work to a customer. Lithograph on wove paper. Made by 'Auguste Raffet' after own design. Auguste Raffet (1804-1860) was a pupil of Charlet. By him Raffet was influenced in working with lithography. Many of his prints concern Napoleon. Good, given age. Ample margins. Some foxing.
