Title: 'Amsterdam. Gezigt genomen op den Dam, Vue prise sur la place du Dam'. This lithograph shows the Dam square in Amsterdam, with a view of the Royal Palace, Nieuwe Kerk and Stock Exchange. Rare print. Original crayon style lithograph with original hand colouring on a vellin type paper. Other sources indicate this print as a aquatint etching, which is incorrect. Description: This master print was published in Amsterdam by Frans Buffa en Zonen (1844-1845).
