Ambroise Tardieu (1788-1841) worked as engraver and publisher in Paris. He engraved a great number of portraits. Jacques Augustin Catherine Pajou (1766-1828) was a son of the sculptor Augustin Pajou. He worked in Paris as a painter. Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins. Printed on thin china paper (chine collee / aplique) attached to wove carrier, as issued.
