This print originates from 'Tafereelen van de Staatsomwenteling in Frankrijk .' by J. Konijnenburg and M. Stuart and was published in The Netherlands ca. 1800.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Daniel Vrijdag & Reinier Vinkeles' after 'Jan Bulthuis'. Reinier Vinkeles (Amsterdam. 1741-1816), was an 18th-century painter and engraver from the Northern Netherlands, who was the later teacher of several talented artists. He studied for some ten years with Jan Punt and joined the Amsterdam Stadstekenacademie (City Drawing School) in 1762. In 1770 he left for Paris, where he studied for a year with Jacques-Philippe Le Bas. Daniel Vrijdag (Dutch 1765-1822). Jan Bulthuis (1750-1801) was a Dutch painter and draughtsman. He made many topographic drawings and designs for book illustrations.Condition: Good, given age. Small margins, with the folds as issued.
