Size in inch: The overall size is ca. 16.7 x 11 inch. The image size is ca. 10.7 x 9.4 inch.Plate : (God in a flamed bush appears to Moses. Scene from Exodus III.) Moses is herding his sheep. This original old antique print / engraving originates from 'Sacrae historiae acta a Raphaele Urbin. in Vaticanis xystis ad picturae miraculum expressa Nicolaus Chapron, first published in Rome, 1649. This work contains plates engraved after Raphael's Vatican murals. Artists and Engravers: The engraver of this work is Nicolas Chapron / Chaperon, French (1612-1656), designed after the Vatican murals by Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (1483-1520). The publisher of this edition is Pierre Mariette (1634-1716).Condition: Excellent. Small holes at left margin, not affecting image, from binding. Some small stains in margin, not affecting image.
