The image size is ca. 8 x 10.6 inch.Antique print, titled: 'Messire Iosse de Hertoge chevalier Sr. De franoy, honswalle etc. (� �)' - This print shows a portrait of Josse de Hertoghe, Knight of Franoy and Honswalle etc, Ambassador to the Duke of Burgundy and the Low Countries at the Diet of Ratisbone (Regensburg), Imperial Diet of the Holy Roman Empire. Originally published c.1640. Ths is a later ed. c. 1770.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Jacob Neefs' after 'Antoon van Dyck'. Jacob Neefs (1610-1660), also Jacobus Neeffs, was a Flemish engraver. Anthony Van Dyck (1599-1641) was a Flemish Baroque artist who became the leading court painter in England after enjoying great succes in Italy and Flanders.Condition: Good, given age. Crease on top of the print and margin, due to remains of attachment to carrier to the rear of the sheet. Margin cropped close to the plate mark. Small tear in right margin, reinforced with acid free archival tape. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. We ship worldwide and package our items meticulously. We carry an umbrella insurance policy. Our shipment rates are based on shipments up to 1 kg. For heavier shipments we will contact you with a quote. Currently our surcharge for international shipments over 1 kg is 9,14 euro / kg. In addition POST NL temporarly charges 3,60 euro per kg due to CORONA related logistics. We ship by registered mail through POST NL. Expedited shipping or shipment through another carrier is available on request at a possible surcharge.
