Promotional silkscreen print for Ladislav Sutnar’s Build the Town building block set, a Bauhaus-inspired toy set composed of simple geometric wooden forms painted in primary colors, and designed to inspire creativity and imagination in children as they construct a modern metropolis. Self-published in 1943 by Sutnar. 8.5” x 11”, signed in stone “Sutnar” upper left corner. An uncirculated original print marred only by two small chips to the left upper edge.
