Richard Baseleer (Antwerp 1867 - Geneva 1951) was a Belgian painter and etcher. He was trained by his father who was an etcher and lithographer. He created numerous city views, but became known for his marines and river views. Condition: Very good, given age. The margins faintly discoloured.
