This charming lithograph is from Victor Petit's Nouvelles Maisons de Campagne, Paris et ses Environs. The work was published circa 1860 in Paris. The hand-colored quarto lithographs from the work feature Parisian buildings along with their architectural plans. The lithographs were done by Ch. Walter after architectural renderings by various architects including Pacewiez, Leban, Leblanc, Decourbes, &c. --- The work is in very good to excellent condition overall. There may be a few minor imperfections or faint marks to be expected with age. Please review the image carefully for condition and contact us with any questions. --- Paper Size ~ 10" by 13 1/2".
