Leather rebacked on spines and repairs to corners. Edges of boards darkened and rubbed, with some bumps and chips. Top end of spine chipped on vol.1. Previous owners bookplates to endpapers ?John Hood.? Some tanning to pages, occasional minor handling marks and minor foxing spots. Ink stain to p31 v.1. Else very good clean and tight copies. 3 vols: 267, 238 & 129+53pp. Illustrated with an engraved frontis portrait in vol.1. and 3 engraved plates in vol.3. With decorative head and tailpieces.
