Michael Asher (1943-2012) is an internationally renowned pioneer of institutional critique and conceptual art. Since the mid-1960s he has explored how museums and other institutions frame the art experience for viewers and influence the cultural dialogue. His interventions use elements that exist or existed at the site NEW (as issued, sealed original envelope with the artist's name and title of the piece on a sticker). We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Should we receive any unclaimed or undeliverable packages, we will gladly ship them back. In this situation, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the new shipping cost.

If a package is unclaimed or returned due to the customer refusing to pay duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges, we will not refund the amount of the original purchase.

We do not mark packages as a gift.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our small business would not be able to handle. We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing it.
