State: Second state of 2 Provenance: Unidentified (not in Lugt) Queen of Naples. Etching on Laid paper. Made by 'Maria Carolina of Austria' after own design. Maria Carolina or Charlotte of Austria (1752-1814) was born in Austria. She later became queen of Naples. Marie Antoinette of France was her sister. Good, given age. No margins, some waterstaining.
