This atlas contains 5 maps and a world map.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Etienne Claude Voysard (cartouche) Mlle. Glot (map and characters)' after 'Borel'. Etienne Claude Voysard (Paris 1746-1812) was a French engraver, active in Paris. Possibly after Antoine Borel who was a French 18th-century painter, draughtsman and etcher, who exhibited paintings, drawings and engravings in the Salon of Correspondence in 1779 and 1780. Condition: Good, given age. Orginal middle fold as issued. Paper separation in lower middle fold and near middle fold, reinforced using contemporary paper backed with acid free archival tape.
