Bob and Roberta Smith rubbing in gold and silver crayon using a stone designed and made by the artist. The rubbing was made by myself at the Art Car boot fair organised by Bob and Roberta Smith. He supplied the paper, explained how to do a rubbing of a plate ( from rubbing crayon over a plate with a raised image that he had made) and he signed it afterwards. The rubbing, due to my inexpertise, not only went over the edge in the top left corner but I had not laid the paper straight on the stone, see photo, otherwise in good condition.
