Pen and ink drawing, handcoloured, on vellin paper. Description: Source unknown, to be determined. Unique manuscript map. Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Valentine Dumont' after own design. This map possibly by Valentine Francoise Dumont (Gent; 1848-1928) a Flemish / Belgian artist, painter of animals (particular donkeys and fowls), sister of Marguerite Dumont. Condition: Good, given age. Remains of attachment to carrier to the corners of the front of the sheet. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling.
