Presenta un retrato del dictador español General Franco, tomado unos meses antes de su muerte en 1975, con el siguiente texto: 'Vacaciones en España: sus poliS, sus prisiones, sus torturas, sus verdugos'. En la parte superior se encuentran los retratos de los cinco últimos militantes ejecutados por el régimen de Franco: tres miembros del Frente Revolucionario Antifascista y Patriota (FRAP) José Humberto Baena, José Luis Sánchez Bravo y Ramón García Sanz y dos miembros de ETA político-militar Juan Paredes Manot (Txiki) y Ángel Otaegui. Estas ejecuciones, poco antes de la muerte de General Franco, desataron una ola de protestas y condenas contra el gobierno español, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, tanto a nivel oficial como popular. At the top are portraits of the five last militants executed by the Franco regime: three members of the Antifascist and Patriot Revolutionary Front (FRAP) José Humberto Baena, José Luis Sánchez Bravo, and Ramón García Sanz and two members of the political-military ETA Juan Paredes Manot (Txiki) and Ángel Otaegui. These executions, shortly before the death of General Franco, sparked a wave of protests and condemnations against the Spanish government, both domestically and internationally, at both the official and popular levels. The silkscreen print was created by the Belgian anarchist and artist Frans Pans, known for his combined use of photography, screen printing, and drawing. It was likely part of an art folder titled 'Spanje 1936-1976,' a project he undertook in collaboration with the Belgian poet Willie Verhegghe.
