A complete work, part of a multi-volume atlas of structural geography issued by Masson. The authors, Henri Termier (1897-1989), a geologist and paleontologist, and his wife, Genevieve Termier (1917-2005), a paleontologist and evolutionist, are considered among the greatest French paleontological scientists of the 20th century, with this, 'The Evolution of the Lithosphere,' among their several renowned contributions to their fields.
