FIRST EDITION SECOND ISSUE 1907 (first issue binding is olive green cloth gilt illustrated and lettered to upper cover), 4to, 280 x 220 mm, 11 x 8½ inches, tan cloth illustrated and lettered on upper cover in maroon, gilt lettered spine, 144 pages. Black and white frontispiece tinted light blue, 12 full page and 24 text illustrations all with tinted backgrounds, title page and prelim pages printed red and black. Head and tail of spine just very slightly worn with minute nicks to cloth, hinges and corners slightly rubbed, couple of very minor small pale stains to covers, faintest foxing to prelims, some inner joints cracked, binding tight and sound, occasional very slight foxing to upper margins, contents very nice. A very good copy, no inscriptions. 3 stories by A.E. Bonser, 1 by B. Sidney Woolf, 1 by E.S. Buchheim which all first appeared in Little Folks from 1896 to 1902 (Prefatory Note by Rackham).
