Contains two b/w illustrations by Ralph Steadman, one on the front page ("Elvis") and one on pp. 24-25 (double-page illustration: "For the ecstatic pleasure they gave to millions" --- multiple crazed rockers zooming along in an open coffin with wheels, the wrong way on a one-way street). The latter illustration accompanies text entitled "All This and Heaven Too, An Entertainment by Allan Jones". Cited in the text are Elvis, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Marc Bolan, Jim Morrison and Keith Moon, et.al.
