Booklet is in very good condition with rather minor defects: it is square, both staples intact, corners not bumped, no dings on edges; all pages firmly attached; it has been folded vertically near the spine (see photo) and all pages have at least a modest crease. The cover is modestly soiled. The interior is in excellent condition: it is reasonably clean with no page corners folded or damaged though all have that earlier mentioned crease; pages are tight and clean with no staining or discoloration; there are inked notations in the margins of the center page (see photo) and on the last page; no distortion from reading or improper shelving. Condition of booklet consistent with being gently read and still in excellent condition. No other discernible or objectionable faults on booklet such as marks or writing within, stains, tears, chips, or other damage that would diminish its appearance.
