There is some beginning edge wear to the bottom spine end of the magazine cover. The text pages are clean and bright. The cover art for this issue is by Lewick, and depicts scouting as "The League of Nations in Short Pants", The cover is in commemoration of the FIfth National Jamboree, in Colorado Springs, and will include scouts from 36 nations.
