A near fine leaf from the 1541 Great Bible in two column black letter font with 62 lines to the full column. Genesis 2:1 3:9 with one woodcut depicting the serpent and Adan and Eve. With two floriated initials. Herbert 61, STC 2074. [And] The Holy Bible, conteyning the Olde Testament and the Newe. Authorised and appoynted to be read in Churches. A folio leaf in good condition from the 1595 Bishop s Bible featuring the prophecy of the Virgin Birth. One floriated initial and 66 lines to the full column. Two column black letter font.
