The publication changed it's name to "The New Eclectic Magazine" in April 1869. This monthly magazine often served as an outlet for reminiscences, official reports, and chauvinistic poetry. Volume I, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, corners of upper rear pages of #6 clipped, ex libris, no exterior markings. Volume II, #1-6, bound, wraps not bound in. Volume III, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris. Volume IV, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris. Volume V, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris.
