A photograph of Kings and Clare Colleges in Cambridge. Signed by Ezra Elmer Keene. Nicely framed by J. Rossiter of Rose Crescent, Cambridge. Undated but probably taken before 1900 since Keene became a painter in 1901. The photograph measures 7.5 x 15 cms or 3 x 6 inches and the frame 21 x 28 1/2 cms or 8 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches. Condition: Very Good. The photograph is a little browned at the edges but otherwise clean. A little bit of dirt has made its way into the frame and so shows on the mount; this particularly along the left hand edge; but it still remains quite fresh. The bottom joints of the frame are slightly loose, the whole a little chipped. The framer's label is on the reverse. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 001196
