Document signed, one page, 8.5 x 11, August 1, 1956,Douglas grants Loew?s Incorporated permission regarding the educational disbursement of ?the photoplay ?Lust For Life?? through such distributors as Text-Film Department and the McGraw-Hill Book Company, signed in dark ink "Kirk Douglas",with scattered light creasing,two punch holes along the top edge, and some small tears along the left edge- infine condition. In parts:"With further reference to letter of consent dated November 25, 1955, as supplemented by letter dated June 22, 1956, relating to a two-reel trailer in connection with the photoplay `Lust For Life`, you have now advised me that you desire to use the services of various educational distributors, such as the Text-Film Department of the McGraw-Hill Book Company, for the purpose of distributing said two-reel trailer to schools.
