If there are children, a lump sum to be paid if only 1 to 2 of £4000 and if 3 or more then £6000. There is also provision made for property and conditions are laid down if the marriage is dissolved. A detailed document signed by both parties at the foot of each page and by witnesses at the foot of the last page. Blind and printed official stamps in the margin of the first page.
