It includes a typed letter from H. A. Thompson of Ridge & Company dated 6/22/35; a prospectus "Financial Topics of the Day, 6/22/1935"; and a return envelope from Ridge & Company if client is interested in purchasing shares. The main envelope is soiled and is becoming unglued. The letter is attached to the opening of envelope and has a tear at the bottom where H. A. Thompson is typed. The return envelope and "Financial Topics of The Day" are complete and have no soiling. The second envelope is dated July 9, 1935 and has a 3 cent stamp still attached. It includes a typed letter from H. A. Thompson of Ridge & Company dated 7/9/35; a prospectus of "Financial Topics of the Day, 7/9/1935"; a return envelope from Ridge & Company if client is interested in purchasing shares of the Bonanza Gold Mines; and a pamphlet on "Rules Governing Transactions with Ridge and Company". The main envelope is soiled with some pencil marginalia and is unglued in one location. All other items included in this envelope are complete and clean with little soiling and no tears. The "Financial Topics of the Day," included in both envelopes is a compilation of reprinted news articles from New York and Salt Lake City covering financial topics relevant to Ridge & Company and the Park City, UT mining region. Specific articles include, "Active Mining Region" in Park City with a sketch from Francis Collier's map, "Scenes of Utah's Latest Mining Strike May 26, 1935," "Wall Street Day by Day," and "And Then They Found Moore."
