List officers and chairwomen, superintendents, and vice presidents, with some photographs. Many pages have advertisements by local businesses, and songs on the page. Inside cover has written in ink, "This book belonged to Almira Coffin Rowe, BL Rowe." Laid in are two double-sideded sheets with a handwritten summary of the convention written by Almira Coffin Rowe.
