Piet Eeckhout is Herbert Smith Professor of Law at the Centre for European Law, King's College London. Takis Tridimas is Sir John Lubbock Professor of Banking Law at Queen Mary, University of London. He is also Professor at the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University.
